Shipping

Where we ship: We ship across Canada and to the continental US. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

Shipping cost: Free on orders over $99. Below that, a low flat rate applies and is shown at checkout.

Processing time: In-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time: Standard shipping usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days after your order ships. Expedited shipping, where offered at checkout, usually arrives within 4 to 6 business days.

Made-to-order items: Sold-out sizes and custom designs are made for you and ship in about 45 days. Made-to-order items are clearly marked before you add them to your cart.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Order not received? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email contact@eagelco.com with your order number.

Returns and refunds

30-day returns: You can return items purchased on eagelco.com within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be new, unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Please contact us before sending anything back, and we'll send return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Items bought from other retailers must be returned under that retailer's policy.
• Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
